Strengthening Employee Wellbeing and Resilience

An in-house wellness and resilience programme for 50 staff linking self-awareness to professional performance in a high-pressure environment.
The challenge
Workplace stress was leading to poor communication with colleagues and customers, affecting service quality and team cohesion.
Our approach
Fifty staff explored the link between internal dialogue and external professional performance using the Johari Window. The programme replaced abstract theory with practical workplace situations — mental conditioning through internal dialogue and body activation through guided breathing.
The results
Staff described the training as transformative. Key lesson: personal awareness and emotional intelligence are critical for sustained professional effectiveness.
"I learned a lot that is transforming me emotionally, physically and spiritually… helping me manage and improve how to communicate with both customers and colleagues."
